Provisional document — do not treat as final terms
The owner must confirm HiqmaHub's legal identity, business address, governing law, commercial policies, and limitation terms with a qualified legal adviser before production launch.
Draft updated
1. About these draft terms
These terms are intended to apply to visitors using the HiqmaHub marketing website at hiqmahub.com. The final document must name the contracting legal entity and include the business details required by applicable law.
2. Informational website
Website content describes HiqmaHub's intended services and general approach. It is not a binding offer, professional advice, or a guarantee that a particular service, timeline, result, or price is available. Any project begins only after the parties agree a written scope and commercial terms.
3. Enquiries and estimates
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed. Any discussion, estimate, or indicative timeline remains subject to discovery, availability, technical feasibility, and a signed proposal or agreement.
Starting prices will not be published until approved by the owner. International work may be quoted separately.
4. Project agreements and ownership
The scope, fees, payment schedule, acceptance criteria, cancellation terms, confidentiality, support, and ownership for paid work must be set out in the applicable project agreement. Current service copy anticipates a complete handover after final payment, but the signed agreement controls and must distinguish client deliverables from third-party software, licences, fonts, stock assets, and pre-existing materials.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the website to:
- break the law or infringe another person's rights;
- probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass website security;
- send malicious code, spam, or deceptive submissions;
- misrepresent your identity or authority; or
- scrape or reproduce substantial website content in a way that is not permitted by law.
6. Website content and brand materials
Unless a project agreement says otherwise, the HiqmaHub name, logo, website design, copy, and original site materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. A visitor may view and use the website for ordinary personal or business evaluation, but no broader licence is granted.
7. Tool landing pages
The PDF Merger, Text Transformer, QR Generator, Password Generator, and Brand Kit Extractor routes are informational in version one. They are not functioning utilities and must not be relied on to process, preserve, secure, or recover any data. Product-specific terms should be added before a functional tool is released.
8. Third-party services and links
The website may link to or depend on third-party services. Those providers control their own products, terms, availability, and privacy practices. HiqmaHub does not endorse every external page merely by linking to it.
9. Availability and warranties
The website may be updated, suspended, or unavailable from time to time. Any final disclaimer of warranties must be tailored to applicable consumer and commercial law and should not attempt to exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Liability
A legally reviewed limitation of liability has not yet been approved and is intentionally not invented here. The final clause must reflect the business structure, insurance, service model, user location, and any mandatory statutory protections.
11. Governing law and disputes
The governing law, courts, and any dispute-resolution process are launch inputs awaiting owner and legal confirmation. They must be added before these terms become effective.
12. Contact
Questions about this draft can be sent to hiqmahubcom@gmail.com. Contact channels remain provisional until owner confirmation.
