Monthly fees cover monitoring, fixes when something fails, and small changes. AI usage is billed at cost.

WhatsApp message charges
Meta bills message charges to your own account in rupees. We add nothing on top.
Meta’s India rates per message as of October 2026, before GST. The free replies are per WhatsApp number. Meta can change its rates at the start of any quarter.
Terms
Every agreement uses these terms, and the written proposal confirms the scope. Open any line for the detail.
No. You pay Google or Meta directly for your ads, so you always see exactly what was spent. The plan fee covers planning, building and managing the campaigns.
Only Meta's own message charges, billed to your Meta account. A broadcast to 5,000 customers costs about ₹4,300 plus GST. Replies to customers who message you are free for the first 1,000 each month, then about ₹0.12 each.
Yes. You can move up to a bigger plan in any month. You can move down or stop once your minimum term ends, with 30 days' notice.
Growth and Scale include on-site shoots in Kolkata every month. On Launch we work from the photos and clips you send, or you can add a shoot for ₹4,000.
No. We plan, make and measure the work, and report the results every month. Leads and sales also depend on your offer, prices, budget and how quickly your team follows up.
